Resources and Links: How is the digital revolution leading to new requirements for skills? What new skills are needed?
Well, I think the most important skills are non-hierarchical communication skills and language skills in English. The web log/blogging system is quite useful. It's used by young people, students, teachers, professors, but our clients in SMEs will have difficulties. This is not a technical problem, it's a cultural problem.
