<p> Personally I've long been in favour of abolishing secondary schools - as we know them - but at last we see someone saying something sensible about how education is 'delivered' in schools. Right on Mr Hazlewood. </p><p> "A comprehensive school in Wiltshire has just written off homework for 12 year olds deeming it, and the national curriculum, a "dinosaur". </p>
